Guille Ibanez

Creative Director and Cameraman

Guille eats sleeps and breathes film and photography. It’s what he does whenever he has some spare time, so working at Viva la Zoom really is a privilege for him and something he feels very passionate about. Having won several awards for his short films, he is able to bring a strong narrative to promotional films and this has been key to developing our story-telling style. When it comes to photography and cinematography he has a very artistic eye and captures truly beautiful images. He is always working to develop his skills, improve his technique and make the best use of new technology.

David Jaques

Cameraman and Editor

A good egg and a good all rounder, David is our in-house editor and camera operator. His relaxed demeanour and approachable manner make him a great person to have on shoots while his focus and drive for creativity add a flair to his video editing. Away from the cameras and editing screens, he can usually be found shaking his head in dismay at the vegetarian options in Manchester restaurants or trying to answer the literature questions on University Challenge.
