Guille Ibanez: Camera Operator Manchester

Guille Ibanez is a very experienced camera operator Manchester and the driving creative force behind Viva la Zoom. With over ten years of experience behind the lens, he is used to travelling all over the UK and as far afield as Lisbon, Stockholm, Myanmar and the US. His portfolio of customers includes Manchester City, Leaders, NHS, Mulberry, Manchester Metropolitan University and many more. As Viva la Zoom has grown and flourished, Guille has provided expert camera operator skills for a diverse range of high profile projects. He was there on Referendum results morning, capturing live interviews and reactions in studio to Brexit for the BBC on Victoria Derbyshire program ; He also worked on the acclaimed The Stone Roses documentary film, Made of Stone and he has shot over 30 video-journalism pieces for national newspapers.

Guille is experienced, creative and approachable with lashings of initiative. He likes to keep projects alive and build the story with his camera (helped by his experience as a video editor) while working hard to deliver the images needed for your video brief and meet customer deadlines and high expectations.
Guille has experience with a wide range of cameras. He currently owns two Canon C100, Canon 5D MkIII and several Fujifilm photography cameras. However, he has a working knowledge of many other cameras such as Red Dragon, Sony FS5 and FS7. In terms of equipment, he owns all what is needed for any job specification, from steadicam DJI Ronin-M to Jib, slider and much more. He can also work as a lightning camera operator if the job requires it.
